need help, mine is the digital part all mess up, unreadable and the analog hands also wrong, what is the problem?

I'm not sure what really happened with the digital part, maybe it only need an AC reset (usually done after battery change), or could be something more difficult. I'd suggest to try to check with the Casio dealer/service center.

My days are backwards as well. The back of the dial is showing the correct day.

Try the hands alignment step, set the hour and minute hands exactly to 00:00 position.

If the hand stuck, it sounds like that's not a setting problem.
I'd recommend getting it checked to the Casio dealer or service center :)
